GWS at workshop on sustainability assessment of energy systems

On May 16th 2019, a workshop on "Integrated sustainability assessment and optimization of energy systems" of the InNOSys project will be organized with the participation of GWS. The workshop will take place at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) as part of the conference "Sustainability in the Use of Material and Energy Resources" of the German Society for Operations Research (GOR). The approaches and methods developed in the project and applied to the sustainability assessment of energy systems will be presented and discussed. Ulrike Lehr will present the modelling approach and application examples of the macroeconometric energy model PANTA RHEI with regard to economic sustainability.
