Climate action as an employment driver – new study on the employment effects of more ambitious climate action

The study, commissioned by Greenpeace, provides a literature review on the effects of a transition towards a green economy on the labour market. Both current effects on employment generated so far and projections up to 2030 from a variety of recent studies examining the consequences of higher reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions are considered. The results can be found here and in Greenpeace' press release.
