Ziel des Projekts war es, Entscheidungsträger beim Design und der Implementierung einer radikalen Ökologischen Steuerreform auf EU-Ebene zu unterstützen. Die GWS setzte die Modelle GINFORS und DEMOS/PANTA RHEI in den Bereichen Öko-Innovation und Verteilungseffekte ein.
